Anyways, I learned a lot. It was really cool to have a peak inside his business. He did a lot of things differently (better!). The way he approaches projects, dealing with freelancers, runs his business completely stress free.

I was a big fan of Steve's podcast and when Steve reached out to be his Ruby mentor I didn't think twice.

Before and after the sessions I asked him many questions about running a SaaS and learned a lot!

I kind of got paid to have him mentor me instead? 😅

I totally recommend his services!

Just shut down Nusii’s entire Affiliate program. 95% were bidding on our brand name, and the rest didn’t generate enough sales to hit the minimum $100 payout.

Double annual revenue app for sale. Great way to get into products and not too expensive.

It will be hard to grow it tho, and probably not getting any return. But I think stuff like this is a great practice to get into products.

Yes it is Ruby, but this gem uses ActiveModel as well, which is part of Rails.

For example account belongs to Country where country is an active hash class

I didn't really know about the active-hash gem before and now it has become one of my favorite gems. If you need an ActiveRecord kind of class but not backed up by a database table. For example Countries or in my case a list of integrations.

You can simply add them in a yml file like this.
