Hi that’s me!

Here’s hoping :( I was fortunate to get X-rays in that area and thankfully nothing was wrong. For the first few months I put ice on the area every day as awkward as it was (so fun to walk around with a popsicle stick literally in between your ass cheeks BUT IT HELPED)

Wha I’ve done is place a folded pillow between my legs and sleep on my side to try and alleviate pressure off it, it’s helped a bit. Doing stretches help a little too, I looked some up on YouTube and felt weird/hurt at first but over time the pain got a little better

Ooof ouch yeah tail bone pain fucking sucks. Been dealing with it for about 5 months now and immediately did everything I could to change it. Standing desk, cushions, sleeping different, rubs, whatever. I really hope the doctor visit helps you out 🫂
