anyway can someone who has actually reached their drs talk me through this? i have been pondering this for months and felt like it would be stupid to ask (probably bc so many people online in shifting communities like to act like you’re stupid if you ask questions) but help??????

my question is asking how do those two sentiments coexist? if my dr self is completely unaware of shifting or anything about my cr life, how can i be aware of my cr self when my consciousness is “in my dr self” that has absolutely no concept of a cr self? if that makes sense?

but some shifters also say that you are aware of your cr self & aware that you shifted when it happens

some shifters say that when you shift, there is not a “woah” moment of dr memories, that you just have them, and can recall something the same way you do in your cr because your dr self already existed in that reality and has lived a life there

okay question for my friends who have reached their dr: how would you describe the balance between your cr memories and your dr memories? & i don’t mean “how do you keep it straight” or “how do you handle having that many lives in your head” no no no bare with me here..
