Even a cursory glance suggests it should be a problem, but no-one seemed to care about elements of the Johnson government, so maybe not.

It’s important to have a clear mechanism which allows Scotland to review its membership of the union. Scotland could then choose to use it, or not. A union can never be described as ‘voluntary’ if there is no clear means to leave.
