Every time I get a gray hair I remember that one of my stem cells is like, “the working conditions here are awful and I am done.” And I respect that, from a labor perspective.

It’s the big reason we do the dinner boxes. We did the trial period initially because there was a great incentive, but the relief of not having to make that decision every night, or at least having the decision narrowed right down was huge.
