Minimum resistance: Challenge every new 'initiative' if you think it comes with more costs than benefits.

Moderate: Petition for change. You can do this within your University (Microsoft Forms) with other like-minded people.

Bold: Lobby funders. Why should they waste money? More on this soon.

Sadly, we've got used to learned helplessness. I'm as much to blame as anyone else. Only way out is to resist in everyday life.
