best advice i can give you while starting out: find what you like doing and stick with it. be it lifting weights, or pilates/yoga. you should generally enjoy what ur doing bc the key to body tea is long-term consistency (& good sleep) 😭👍

doing cardio to help build the habit of just showing up to the gym is actually pretty good! when i started i watched a lot of youtube to get an idea of what i should do loll. used to watch some megsquats and gainsbybrains and found their content helpful
