The screw turning phase of Peyton's treatment is done. scans show 13mm of new length/space on her leg which has already started to fill with new bone. Her consultant is delighted. Next step is Gym work starting on Monday to build the strength and muscle in her leg and wean her off her walking frame

We have 2 weeks to go of screw turning on her frame then they will be getting her in the gym to work on her mobility.. will have her back in her seat once she's not so reliant on her wheelchair and walking frame.. were edging closer to a return

11 days of peytons screw turning to go. I pop over to her school on a dinner time to turn them. She's sat with a different friend each day when I get there. The little sod has told her friends i can do a Mr Bean voice.. I've had half her class say "hi Mr Bean" to me as they were going back to class!

Twelve days of the screw turning program to go. Next step from there is in the Gym to get her used to walking unaided ....... a return to the stadium of light on a match day is in the distance, getting closer all the time.

I listened to a podcast from the rate my takeaway fella yesterday. He said humour is the key to finding love so am gonna get a table, go to Greggs get a sarnie, sit outside eat me food at tell some jokes. Al be fighting the birds off. unfortunately for me it'll be agitated seagulls wanting me dinner
