SB 263 - the PRICE Act - is off to the Governor’s desk!

Tariff chaos is harming small businesses, driving up prices, & destabilizing California’s economy. SB 263 is a commonsense measure to provide much-needed information about these impacts, & help families, consumers, & the state plan ahead.

SB 827 has passed the Legislature and is headed to the Governor’s desk! This bill is part of my Good Governance package, and will help ensure that local officials get the resources they need to manage public funds and lead with transparency and accountability.

SB 263 - the PRICE Act - passed the Assembly with bipartisan support!

This bill responds to federal tariff chaos by asking the state to study how tariffs are impacting affordability, small businesses, and workers!
