Arsenal fan for more years than I care to divulge. Recently taken up residence in rural Viet Nam which I would recommend to those with an adventurous spirit.

Bring on the asterisks...the more the better as long as we are winning.

As an Arsenal fan I know we are doing something right when everyone has a complaint against us. If we were sitting in 6th place the opposition fans and (some) managers would be silent. ...and you can shove your sanctimony up where the sun doesn't shine, the same place you do your talking.

I guess we all see things from our own perspective.i have actually been following Arsenal longer than yourself and like you have seen a lot of good and poor managers and players. Arteta isn't the worse manager we have had and by some distance. There have been better opportunities to stop following.

I don't care how many asterisks are by our name if we win it...and neither would you if your team got up either. You sound like a bitter UTD fan to me even if you don't mention it in your bio.

Are you saying you stopped being a fan because of Arteta?

04.03.2026 11:14 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

If we only got points we deserve the whole table could look different.

Hope I never get that old...😜

Not everyone can take points away from Molineux.

I guess one way to stop it is ban corners and parking the bus.

You said that, not me...😁

I have to disagree....a bit. We have been playing this way most of the season, it's just that earlier our defense was more secure. I don't think there has been a game this season where we have put halves of football together in the prem. Good first half, poor second half and vice versa.

02.03.2026 09:26 β€” πŸ‘ 2    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

As I said previously we haven't had a full 90 minute game this season. If we play poor first half we have a good second half and vice versa. We are accumulating points which is what I care about anyway.

02.03.2026 08:11 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

We tried hard to drop points again.

Can't agree with that. Saka often goes to the byline and cuts the ball back to great effect, whilst he also cuts inside for either a shot or to cross the ball, also to great effect. Saka also has a great understanding with the right back, either White or more recently Timber.

I agree with you on Eze but only if he can perform in the bigger games. Saka offers more than Madueke because of his disposal, he is just as unpredictable.

It's difficult nowadays to surprise teams in the prem. The analytical tools available and quality of coaching is higher than it has ever been. Strangely enough, rookie coaches have the opportunity for early success until other coaches work them out. Carrick is a prime example.

I'll be honest with you, I didn't like the Eze signing and wasn't that keen on Gyokores either. I couldn't see where Eze would fit in our team and felt that Gyokores was a lower league striker. I may have been wrong about Gyokores, he
Is beginning to show good signs. Not convinced about Eze still.

Eze has shown up against spurs and Wigan but gone missing against better teams. Madueke can pull defenses apart but has little end product or to be kind is hit and miss at best. I don't see either of them giving us control though.

We seem to be at loggerheads again. I understand that this is your opinion but I want to know how you attribute control to Eze and Madueke over Ødegaard and Saka. The former provide more Chaos than control, which is maybe what we need, or not.

I suggest you watch your own team more closely, you'll really learn something about the dark arts but it is difficult to see it in your own players when wearing those white tinted glasses.

Your self pity has been surpassed by your irrationality and will warrant no further response, the last word is yours, go for it.

23.02.2026 23:10 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Nah, it was just the "poor us" mentality of a fan that got to me, not your irrelevance

23.02.2026 22:10 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Can't help when things appear on the timeline son.

23.02.2026 22:07 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Whatever you say sweetie. You were still irrelevant prior to the oil money. If ever the prem grow balls, you could join Tottenham in the championship next season...a more appropriate spot for you.

23.02.2026 11:53 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

That didn't go well then.

23.02.2026 09:06 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 1

Sorry about entering your conversation but I just wanted to pick you up on the length of so called City bias. It's certainly not decade(s). You were pretty irrelevant until you were bought by an oil state. The bias comes from breaking rules that you haven't had to pay for.

I'll excuse you for not knowing English football and it's fans.

I understand Raya fighting with big Gabby.

It would seem that Arteta is a hard task master...I can only go by what hear from "pundits" and fan sites who are not always reliable. The Wolves result, along with a few other recent results, is down to the players not the coaching staff.
