Since 2023 the republican supermajority in the WV legislature have created 1 billion dollars in tax cuts with 2/3 of the benefit going to the top 20% in income in the state. They give outrageous breaks to corporations wiping out the state tax base for their wealthy friends. Republican Party sucks.
