Found out there is a semi-local video game con this weekend so imma check it out! Maybe there will be fellow VGM peeps there but I won't keep my hopes up.

I have been slowly creating a personal server in Revolt Chat. With the hopes of it being a small/cozy vibe type of place but more open to both my music and artwork. I am timid, busy, and/or stressed most days though so I am still contemplating to open it or not. I do like Revolt quite a bit though.

I've had less time and inspiration for music atm due to a lot of stress revolving around my employment and termination being threatened. I am currently seeking out a new job (hopefully remote work). Once I do, I am hopeful the stress will be reduced enough for me to focus on more fun things again.

May as well have just been a link to something like "ThisIsAScamDotCom" hahaha

Hmm... anyone know if there is a VGM and/or music production related Mastodon instances? I already have an account or two out there but would like to move my SFW/Music/ect. one to such a place if it exists.

I am admittedly not used to having so many eyes on my art, let alone simple sketches! It is nice to have received a bit of that on the one I posted yesterday as a reminder to myself to not dwell on drawing the artwork for my music uploads. Even a quick sketch might still be liked by someone!

Thank-you for the kind words! ^^ I looove simple but nice lil' interactions. It's especially fun to draw between characters of different sizes to show personalities. It's fun to implement!

Yesssss~ Ambient Jungle is one of my most fave genres. Sits at the core of my favorite overall "aesthetic" too. It is goood music to put in the background to help propel yourself forward with tasks though I think.

today I learned that @surasshu.com has this massive blocklist for youtube channels that hock bullshit AI generated music, if you're like me and enjoy vapourwave you know it's a fuckin minefield out there so this helps TREMENDOUSLY

Well I'll be damned it worked well! I've been eyeing trying to get some of the Shreddage libraries and assuming I can do the same level of automation with Kontakt Player it's something I'd love to learn!
