Going through the attic and photo documenting. This was an initiative to ban Gay school teachers in California. I volunteered and made precinct maps by hand with a ruler for about a third of San Francisco. Being an engineer I was able to make good maps.

Photo documenting Gay Liberation t-shirts from late 1970s to early 1980s. This is the 1978 Gay day parade t-shirt. The lambda symbol was still in use then as Gay symbol. I always thought the idea behind it was retrograde.

This is a tile I started last year before my back blew out. It wasn’t finished but it dried so I threw it in the kiln and fired it anyway. I’m putting a copper patina finish on it and if it looks good I’ll frame it.
