8PM TROPICAL UPDATE: NOAA NWS National Hurricane Center has bumped up the odds for development this evening to 40% on Invest 93L over the next 7 days. This has a chance to become a T.D. or even Tropical Storm #Dexter as it heads across #florida and into the #gulf. Stay with #weshwx for updates.
