📲 Season Ticket download issues
The Trust are aware that there were some issues with season ticket downloads for the current season.
The Club advise that these have been resolved.
If any member is unable to download their season ticket could they please let the Trust know.
Following an enquiry from the Trust, #FFC have confirmed the club has an option to take further 1,500 tickets on a sale or no return basis for #EFC away, with a decision to be made closer to the game.
We advise fans to buy as promptly as possible to avoid disappointment.
The Trust have asked #FFC this afternoon how the away allocation for #EFC away has been arrived at.
We will update our members when we receive a response #COYW

From the 2026/7 season there will be minimum Premier League requirement the Club will need to meet.
We encourage all fans to use digital ticketing if they are able and report any issues to the FST and the Club for continuous improvement.
Exemptions are in place for those who genuinely are not able to manage digital technology and their rights should be safeguarded at all times.
But it should be remembered digital ticketing aids the Club in tracing the source of tickets that fall into the wrong hands.

We believe this is not an acceptable situation and no way to treat the loyalty of travelling fans in particular.
The Club are aware of our disappointment and it will be an agenda item for our next meeting on 13 August.
We understand the live stream to be shown on FFC TV has been arranged through a third party.
When asked, the Club advise the decision to charge those who do not have annual FFCTV membership is a commercial one.
We are told that today's game is to be played at Al Ittihad’s training ground at their request.
As this is not a public facility, there is no scope for public admission.
Whilst no guarantee of a second public fixture in Portugal was ever given, there was an expectation that one would take place as in previous years and fans planned their trips accordingly, at a substantial expense.

In January and February, we sent two letters to the Club’s management on ticketing, setting out our concerns, proposing guiding principles, and calling for more transparency.

Here’s the Club’s announcement today, setting out the pricing table for home games across five categories and the preferred approach to away tickets distribution.

The Trust notes the publication of ticketing information for 2025/2026.
We are pleased to see some of the transparency we have been pushing for picked up by the FAB & the Club.
We will keep pushing for more to keep fans' interests at the heart of the Club's ticketing approach.
It’s summer at the Cottage.
