i don't think so. i don't think there's anything up front to lock that kind of bag onto, at least without doing some modding

I have a Lectric XPress 750, too. It's a good, solid bike. It is a bit fiddly but mostly because I overweight it with stuff. It also does not have mounting points for a front basket and the wiggly-shaped handle bars makes mounting a hook-on basket awkward

i've managed to do the front tire on my own but the rear has been a nightmare to dismount (tire + foam liner to reduce flats). i was mulling taking the rear wheel in to get it done. what's been your experience only running a front studded tire?
