With the joint venture in place, preparation of the site is underway and enabling works will soon begin.

We welcomed @bristolcouncil.bsky.social Leader Cllr Tony Dyer and CEO Nick Hibberd to our development sites last month, to see progress on the 600 homes we're building across Bristol.
By the end of this year, we'll have 1,000 new homes under construction, over half for affordable housing 🏠
