These guns were seized in the span of a week.
From July 7 to 14, our police officers seized 10 firearms and laid 73 charges against 10 adults and a youth – three who were on bail releases.

Lane splitting is dangerous and not worth the risk. It puts motorcycles too close to other vehicles, and drivers are not expecting anyone to be in that space.

We are heartbroken to lose our service dog, Doc, who died peacefully on Tuesday after a battle with cancer. He served Toronto proudly alongside his handler, Sgt. Andrew Haynes. We send our condolences to Sgt. Haynes, our K9 Unit and all who loved him.

The safety of our city is a top Service priority. We are committed to removing crime guns and the people using them from our streets.
Last week, we seized 11 crime guns, laid 116 charges, and arrested 6 adults and 3 youths. All three youths were out on release orders, and one adult was out on bail.
