I had no idea that Pokemon Pokopia was being developed by ex-Dragon Quest Builders staff, oh my god. No WONDER that game looks so interesting to me! DQBuilders was one of the only times I've ever enjoyed a survival-crafting block-based game like that. Makes sense why I wanna try Pokopia..

Looks to me like a continuation of the Scarlet/Violet formula rather than the Z-A gameplay style, but they were definitely trying to prove they can actually make more complex environments than they tossed out before lol

I've noticed that some of the reels on instagram lately seem to have a trending song that samples a lot of JSR/JSRF graffiti sounds, and there's a meme of trick spinning various objects paired with the same graffiti complete sound. That's about all I've seen lately!

It might not be the best immediate action I could suggest, but I think it's extremely important to get "the normies" and cis lefties/ppl in general in line behind trans folks. Influencers/people with larger followings is the best way to get a message out, and that's surely something I ain't got lol

I've been on it for as long as I can remember, it's gotta be Aseprite. One of the best programs I've ever used.

Oh god she's perfect. Absolutely gonna be my main for this game!

Just break it down into little pieces and start learning bit by bit, and you'll be surprised with how quickly things start slotting into place.

It feels really daunting and intimidating when you're looking at it as a monolith of skills to acquire, but I have been genuinely astonished at how easily I made a few good looking animations already. It definitely helps if you understand frame timings and animation principles, but I say go for it!!
