Itโs been a long old winter and very grey ๐ง๏ธ but spring is on its way and with it all the benefits of more natural light for our vitamin D levels, sleep/wake cycles, and how energetic we feel.
The world feels upside down, inside out and topsy turvy right now. Itโs easy for us to absorb that energy surrounding us and to feel the same.
But, in challenging times, we are all being asked to find our sense of direction within ourselves.
Thatโs not a โbad thingโ rather an essential step.
