I don’t feel very discouraged at all. AG’s shot looked good. Jamal hit a middy before January. Cam showed at least some small flashes of his passing ability. Val, Bruce, and Pwat alone created a solid bench unit. Starters’ defense has always been a question. Not a surprise.

Amazing how 1 preseason game makes me confident in Pwat playing the 4 next to Val

Already loving the defense to transition game Pwat, Bruce, and Val have going. Pwat’s touch around the rim look noticeably different but it’s just 1 game. Val’s rim protection is there. Especially playing against second unite. Sight for sore eyes.

It’s going to be a struggle. Even though I love our new additions I had been saying it’s not like we signed a bunch of elite perimeter D guys. So we’ll see how we do over time
