Very true. When I worked briefly in an office (insurance) the policy was so strict, ties/suits except in the summer. It was 20+ years ago, bet nowhere is like that now.

Agreed. I am very pro-uniform but one of my big gripes is with blazers/ties when about 90% of staff do not dress in such a way.
