Good morning!! This is my first visit to the office this year.

I just returned from my first neighborhood walk in a long time. Yes, I went out in -20C (-4F), but I needed to get out and think about my next move. My legs are now sore.

It's bowling night.

I know I have not been posting here in a while. I have been sick and I have been seeing someone. That ended last evening. Now I am just sitting here and wondering what is next. I had let my guard down, and it bit me in the ass. It is fully up starting today.

Monday night is made for bowling!!
