AGENTS.md AGENTS.md is a simple, open format for guiding coding agents. Think of it as a README for agents.

I'm looking for people with experience (some) using the AGENTS.md files.

I started with this approach sometime ago and I would like to hear the stories from people here.

What do you think about the agents.md files? How is/was your experience using them?

One of the most interesting things I read from your articles is the fact that those companies use their own products... So they test in production.

I would ask them though what is their Cycle Time and MTT
