As a chronic headache sufferer I have tips :)

For migraines: take Tylenol (not ibuprofen) or excedrin (Tylenol+caffeine).

For allergies: humidity and/ or a saline nasal spray (sensory hell, but it works).

For tension headaches, massage and a heating pad.

And in general, a magnesium supplement!

As someone who also deals with depressive episodes, there’s not always a cause 😭 that’s one of the most frustrating things about it; the inability to rationalize or connect it to something in particular, which would help A LOT in managing all those feelings.
