I want queer period dramas. Not just some secondary character who is gay and is treated like shit for it but one where the central cast are queer and just living their lives. I want Outlander but in the style of Our Flag Meets Death. And I want to have so many shows I'm spoiled for choice.

Saw a green anole today! Witnessed him leaping about a foot and a half onto a branch, as well as him changing colors!

He was also displaying his dewlap and bobbing like he was out looking for a mate :o

Before the pandemic, Dreamworks held an employee screening of Cats to a theater crammed full of animation folks.

People were singing along, meowing, howling laughing at every terrible camera cut... the whole theater just lost it when Judy Dench kept turning back to sing to the audience at the end

Some people just seem to want to eliminate all potential sources of discomfort, no matter how small or innocuous, from their lives. Fiction allows you to model experiencing big emotions in a safe controlled setting, and I just don't think any good comes of avoiding that to this degree
