07.08.2025 20:40 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Brilliant. I remember back in the 80s when some of the houses still looked like railway carriages

07.08.2025 19:03 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0They are fantastic motors. You can see the VW van mirrors etc... It made a fantastic noise tonking along on bar grips. I checked and my old rust heap is still taxed until next April.

07.08.2025 18:51 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Great fun. I had one for a few years. Although VW badged it is an Audi - the prototype of the Quattro. Mine was a mutilated pig, but I bought it and loved it. It was a leftover from the Bundeswehr tank base at Castlemartin in Wales.
07.08.2025 18:46 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Next up on the model building schedule are this pair. It will be a good test. I may not start immediately due to my hectic/knackering labouring job at my daughter's house rebuild. Anyone done these kits? #histscalemodels

06.08.2025 19:42 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Well worth the effort. I started c25k in January to get my fitness back after illness. So far so good. I usually do 2 or 3 5k runs per week. Am nowhere near quick but I do enjoy the sense of achievement if not all the running experiences....
06.08.2025 17:54 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Excellent work. I love the colour choice.

05.08.2025 20:01 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Perhaps if you do it along the lines of Asterix the Gaul?

Neil Armstrong would have turned 95 today!
First on the Moon, but he also completed the first ever docking in space, on Gemini VIII - March 16, 1966.
Four great shots of him during his Gemini days, taken from #GeminiAndMercuryRemastered book - out in just 3 weeks!

Agreed.
05.08.2025 19:47 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Cheers! It's a lovely kit and I hope you enjoy building yours as much as I did.
05.08.2025 19:16 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0The hatch on the rear is the only way in for the crew of two, hence the mud and weathering.
05.08.2025 19:06 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Calling the Type 283 Kubel tank training vehicle from Meng done. It's a cute little beast and a really nice build. I thinned down the tabs on the turret ring so it can move. The minuses on the kit are the wipers and the decals. I could make new wipers, but prefer the kit as seen. #histscalemodels
