Yes, they do it as a German staff car but with a civvy option.
Thanks Rich π
I hate glass. It rarely goes well
Cheers, Paul. Looks can be deceiving, mate. But its getting there.
The little Simca 5 from Tamiya is well advanced. it has come together quite nicely, but there is a lot to sort yet. Getting the glass to stay in is a challenge and the front axle has been a sod. I'm pleased with the colour - Tamiya rattle can metallic blue. #histscalemodels
Looks superb, Jim. Hope you've got the shelf space!
I'll get one soon
Looks great
That is excellent work
Yes!
My actual car is like that!
I'm like a big kid at times
I couldn't resist making a start on this tiny 1/35 scale Simca 5 from Tamiya. Its a joy to do, but the delicate steering was broken on the sprue. It was fixable, so no dramas. The car will be finished in a civilian scheme, probably red and black. #histscalemodels
I was standing at the edge of the grounds of St Augustine's Cross at Cliffsend in Kent and there on the surface was a nice remnant of Hypocaust tile. It was amazing to find a piece of Roman Britain so easily.
Here's something different for French armour fans
What an embarrassment.
Its a fucked up world
Excellent
$8.10 here in the UK
Am pleased to see that quality album on view
Blimey
Looking good, Greg
Lovely work, Paul.
Such a shame
I stayed at the Sandown Hotel in 1978., The last time I was there in 2019 I took pics of several derelict hotels. It was sad to see the place in such decline.
Used to go there with my Dad. Still have a score card signed by Farohk Engineer and others from a one dayer against Lancashire in 1973.
Go on a spree!
I'd say so...
West Ham.
