Building on my PCB face plate idea, how about a PCB front and back (with the main board in between) and a TPU band round the edge hugging it all in place 🤔 this is just a basic test, but I think it might just work... #Pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32

So I ordered some test boards for the face plate idea! The main legends are cut into the copper so they can be backlit. I need a bit more silkscreen round the legends so they can be read without backlight, and the font could be a bit bigger, but they look great 😃 #pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32

I have been playing with the idea of a PCB inlay for the front of the case to add some flair and make the button legends a bit easier to see 😄 looks kinda nice if I do say so myself 🤣 #pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32

I think the biggest problem is everyone's obsession with 3 tonne vehicles that need 100kwh batteries to get a reasonable range. Smaller and more efficient means a smaller battery, and as long as it can take the charge rate, faster recharges

It's great being able to print out an item so you can physically hold it in your hands and see how it's actually going to work! Just small changes to the size of things or the spacing makes loads of difference #pi0cket #CL32 #ESP32
