they gave me notice on the 5th, and this is their compromise to not serving me eviction papers on the 15th for failure to follow the terms of the lease. (they have always been paid on the 5th since they purchased this building, this is them playing games to get rid of me)

To make it clear I AM caught up on rent. land lord is being a dick about always being paid on the 5th (because of SEC-8) instead of the 25th, their so called good faith is me keeping a full months rent in credit at all times.

so many expenses, I am hurt and pissed about my social security.

I hope I can make it till I have a chance to get it back but that's, 2027? late 2026? brain mathing not great right now.

I am grateful to have SEC-8 while it lasts, and for the help people have given me since things when to shit.
