Hybrid front. It will be based on personnel from the offense but the base defense is going to be 3-4. Offseason is going to be important because we need a nose tackle, safety, a couple of LBs, and a twitchy edge player. Draft might be defense heavy, free agency for WR help

I think the secondary translates fairly well (Hairston, Benford, Bishop). Need another safety. I think Hoecht, Groot, and Dorian Williams translate decently as well. Gotta fill out the edges, IDL, and ideally some more LBs. #BillsMafia

Going to be a stark change on D, that’s for sure. JL’s defense is that hybrid 3-4 attacking style defense. Lot of coverage rotations, blitzing, and more press man coverage. VERY aggressive. Almost the opposite of the defense we are used to seeing from BUF. #BillsMafia

I’ve been a loud critic of Beane this season but I also hope he can fix this mess. He’s had a rough year but I don’t think he wanted McD gone. Seems like TP made a rash “straw that broke the camel’s back” decision based on the Denver outcome and then contradicted himself by blaming refs #BillsMafia

I’m convinced that Beane was NOT onboard with moving on from Sean at this point

I think the top candidates for the Bills are Klint Kubiak, Davis Webb, and Brian Daboll.

Anthony Weaver is interesting if they decide to go with a defense first guy. Who’s the right choice? Hell if I know #BillsMafia

I’m fine with Daboll 🤷🏽‍♂️ he was really solid in BUF as OC. Giants job was tough but he didn’t have a ton to work with, let’s be honest. How it panned out also probably humbled him a bit. #BillsMafia
