Burson is from 1972. A right to keep a driver's license once issued isn't new.

This is a **knowing** piss they're taking on the 14thA wall of Due Process that is supposed to protect us.

also because it's Kansas, and it's a Bad State so it's not surprising for bad things to happen here, and it's our fault for living here anyway and trying to fight back and not just moving away (with all the disposable income we all have, you know a rich state like Kansas)

I'm not going to lie - it's extremely troubling to me that this law and its obvious implications hasn't dominated national news for the weeks since its passing.

It is very hard not to have a safe choice to use the bathroom in public.

It may be impossible to continue living, working, eating, etc without a valid driver's license if your life was built around driving and the assumption that your license wouldn't be invalidated overnight by the legislature.
