Interestingly, after I posted and tagged across all of my social media platforms, they gave me credit for the other 3 books. So, 6 credits in one day. Their initial response made it clear that they didn’t have a policy in place in spite of promising such. I hate that and will be shifting elsewhere.

They did tell me that they were only able to process 3 at a time, but the person that I was speaking with made it clear that I would not be refunded for any of the other items, and that this refund was a courtesy that would not be repeated.

Audible's response to the NG situation was to refund me for 3 of the 6 titles I had in my library.

Fuck them and their tepid, mediocre response. I want nothing more to do with such trash.
