Today was such a beautiful day! This morning I stopped by the store to parlay a $20 scratch off before heading out to the protest.
Then later, after a couple back porch sunset pics, I settled in for a screening of the Woodstock documentary.
Oh look! There I am!

A comment I see a lot on the protest posts is,
"They are all a bunch of old people who think their SS is at risk.
Fact is it was attended by a wide range of age groups.
This adorable couple turned out to be highly intelligent, well informed young people who have concerns about their future.

Today I got to check out a fav bearded dragon patient. Frankie is busy making eggs and is a little out of sorts but she is healthy and should be able to get them laid ok.
On my way home I stopped to parlay a nice $20 lottery win. A lady there said she wants to give me a tarot reading.

At Goodwill recently, a yellow miniskirt caught my eye. For $3, I just threw it on my pile.
Today I decided to use it for a back porch sunset shoot. It turns out it's not a miniskirt! It's a skort!
It has a hidden pocket on each side! Plenty of room for phone, cigs, ID, money, and keys!
Genius!

One of the reasons I choose to work exclusively with exotic species as a vet is that each is unapologetically and uniquely flamboyant in it's own way.

Today I stopped by Freehold mall to do a little shopping and have a visit with some friends.
Today was one of those days when everybody I smiled at smiled back and not a single one did the awkward "look away"!

I stopped to pick up fixins for dinner then to the store to pick up some lottery. On my way in, there were a couple guys who had a rather intimidating appearance who were on their way out. I held the door for them. They both gave me friendly smiles, said thanks and wished me a good night! Respect!

So today after a stop to parlay a small winning lottery ticket,
I came across a discarded relic that was very nostalgic. My HS buddies and I spent a lot of time playing pinball
and foosball!
My fav tree friend out front gave her usual great energy for her daily hugz, making it a very enjoyable day.

Today I parlayed another small win, then went over to the boardwalk to hang around enjoying the nice day, watching the ocean and greeting the boardwalkers that went by.

So I scored a cute rouched mini and a Christian Siriano bag at Goodwill.
The mini had a stain that cleaned right off with a Dude Wipe. I loved Christian on Project Runway and am happy to have one of his bags!
Cost of the two items was $8.78!
I love thrifting!

Today I headed to the store to parlay another scratch off win. $100 this time! I've been playing the #71 tickets (my age)

So this morning it was
"Feels like" 3 degrees out and the wind was brisk, so I rocked another bargain vintage coat for today's sunrise on the fabulous NJ Shore shoot! It was especially fun to shoot in the fresh snow!

Skirt fashion:
The rule, "The tag is always in back so you must wear it that way"
Is just a suggestion.
I didn't love how the white buttons of this sweater skirt looked going up the center in front.
A quick twist and I like the buttons now and I ended up with a cute little pocket right in front!

When I talk about raising fancy pigeons as a kid, I specialized in these. There are many colors of Modena pigeons and I won many blue ribbons at the fair with mine.

I first fell in love with birds at 10 yr old when granddaddy let me start raising fancy pigeons on his horse ranch.
I have dedicated the next 61 years to them and I have no regrets not becoming an equine vet like granddaddy hoped
But I know he's proud of me.

I got a $15 win so I headed for the store to parlay it. Tonight a cutie I smiled at said she loved my fit and wanted to know where she could get the jacket. I told her I got it on Amazon and that I thought she would look supercute in it! She gave me a huge smile and said,
