Mega Camerupt is making its Pokémon GO debut! 🗓️ Sunday, September 28, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm ✨ 1 in 10 shiny odds This Fire/Ground dual-type is double weak to Water-type moves, so Kyogre is going to make quick work of Mega Camerupt. Mega Camerupt does not have much utility. It's not useful in the GO Battler League, and its DPS is low as a raid attacker. Even its Mega Evolution Bonus typing is outclassed by Primal Groudon, which covers not only Fire and Ground, but also Grass. This is primarily a Dex entry.

Shadow Groudon Raid Weekend 💥 🗓️ Saturday, Sep 20, at 6:00 a.m. to Sunday, Sep 21, 2025, at 10:00 pm Like Shadow Kyogre, Shadow Groudon is the top non-mega attacker of its type. Shadow Groudon is a must-have on your Ground-type raid attacker team. When it comes to the GO Battle League, normal Groudon is ranked higher than Shadow Groudon, but these raids are still worth doing for the chance of a purifiable hundo. All trainers get one free daily raid pass per day, but if you'll be doing a lot of these, the $5 USD paid ticket is worth it for the five extra raid passes (per day), +50% XP from raids, and double stardust from raids. Unfortunately, the remote raid limit is unchanged, so we'll only have 10 per day.
