I've been in a long fic mood. This fic was long enough to start with, but the author dropped a brand new almost 40k chapter 2 years after the fic "ended." Plus, it has a smutty little sequel. Author is @/cupcake_sabu on the tweeters.

When a pair of arms dealers wind up dead, detective partners Kim Namjoon and Kim Seokjin are sent undercover as them in order to find out who they were planning to sell to. The twist?
