A Stubby Bobtail squid (Rossia pacifica) swimming in place. my book club read The Dad Rock that Made Me a Woman by Niko Strati’s this month and the chapter with The Mountain Goats is one of my favorite pieces of writing I’ve read (the entire book is, really, but that part especially).

I’m definitely going to keep attending- it’s so much easier to get myself to make art when i’ve got fun prompts and a time limit, and it’s so neat seeing how others interpret the prompts
