It's gone down well on LinkedIn so I'm sharing it here too. Next time you see a very heavily #AI written article or post you can have some fun with it by using my AI bingo card! What would you put on your own AI bingo card?

At yesterday's @naplic.bsky.social & @cltt.bsky.social journal club we discussed the term 'dosage' (of an intervention) and its applicability within an educational context.
I am not find of the term, but teachers in attendance hated it.
What alternatives are there?

Preferential voting How does preferential voting work?

Preferential voting is different to proportional representation. Each voter indicates 2nd, 3rd preferences etc. If their first choice is eliminated then their 2nd vote is counted. www.aec.gov.au/learn/prefer...

I really appreciate this TikToker with Tourette syndrome, Shay, for taking the time to educate so many of us (including me) about her disability and coprolalia in light of what happened at the BAFTAs with John Davidson when Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo were on stage.

I learned a lot.

What a beautiful positive post.
Nothing like working in EY!
I met an older man teacher, who'd taught Y6 for years. Under duress he moved to EY. And a few months in he was thinking he should have done it years ago!

You're looking at three golden tortoise beetles (Charidotella sexpunctata). They're native to the Americas, generally the east coast of North America all the way down to Argentina.

The gold coloration is structural, semi-reflective layers in the cuticle selectively reflect wavelengths of light.

New funding includes a significant amount for outside support, including Speech and Language Therapy. That's good news.
Still need to work out where all of these staff come from. They are not currently unemployed!

A threatening and creepy tree I don't like at all, which speaks out of its bellybutton and is advancing towards me in tiny tree steps which it thinks I haven't noticed, and repeatedly asking me why I will not "Come inside where it is warm, for a nice treat."

Great post. The Rumpelstiltskin effect was new to me.
I see the impact of Developmental Language Disorder diagnosis regularly. And of course even into adulthood.
But the diagnosis is only part of the story. And each person's path is different

With World Book Day just round the corner I’ve seen quite a few teachers asking about good books to share in assembly.

For this week’s #KidsBooksFriday, what books do you think work well across age groups and/or with a mixed group of kids?
