Monthly siren testing happens at 1 p.m. today. Sirens will sound with one minute of steady wailing. Testing takes place on the second Tuesday of the month, March-October. For details, visit

A Special Election will be held in Ann Arbor Tuesday, Nov. 4, with polling places open on Election Day 7 a.m. –8 p.m.
The city clerk’s office will have extended hours leading up to Election Day: Oct. 29–Oct. 31: 8 a.m.–7 p.m., Nov. 1 & 2: 9 a.m.–7 p.m, Nov. 4: 7 a.m.–8 p.m.

Today, September 30, 4:30-6:30 p.m. there will be virtual office hours for the public to ask staff questions regarding the Safe Streets for All project.
