Something flying under the radar here: a 1000+ VOIP providers are getting disconnected by the FCC for lacking robocall counter-measures. There are a lot of smaller business providers that are impacted: might see some legitimate phone lines and alarm call-outs go dark.

Cynical take: we might as well pass a law that requires a conspicuous & decent portrait of the President in all homes, schools, and places of business.
