In real life, they are bright red and orange, but for this illustration I used mostly purple and pink. The illustration uses ink pens, watercolors, and a white gel pen. There are planets resembling lavender in the background and stars in the sky.

Legit proud of this bg study I did on stream yesterday.

It started out as a #pleinairpril study but then I decided to add my #vtuber #oc #jey_vt here as well. The reference I found is the one on the top left. I drew it in grayscale and then I used a gradient map to do the colors!
