Hmm that may be the issue. I’d go the route of hot rinse - > PBW -> let rest for about 20 or so while packed with hot and PBW - > cold rinse - > sani -> purge

No problem!

That may be the case. What’s your chemical setup for keg cleans, or are you going through a brewery for that? You may also have a leak somewhere too, in that case you might wanna make a soapy water and spray that around every surface while there’s pressure in the tank too

Even if you are using hops that you have resealed, the bag isn’t still 100% air tight. Better to schedule your brews around your dry hops as opposed to the other way around if you want to continue making IPAs

Yeah I’d be introducing CO2 into the vessel while the port is open at pretty low pressure. You just need an extra CO2 in the environment while you’re introducing hops cold-side due to densities and the like. You might also be picking up O2 if you’re using hops that have already been opened

What do your xfer lines look like? That could also play a role into it as well. And are you putting head pressure into your vessel as you are packaging the beer?

Also you may be picking up O2 during your dry hopping process by not creating a CO2 blanket. Definitely would recommend doing the DH here

It's 2024. You can't expect me to buy something that connects with micro USB. Be so for real.

Especially if it includes a micro USB to USB-C cable. You *know* it should have been USB-C when you designed it.

Sorry for this random tech quibble, but seriously.
