Yesterday a Virginia brand of deli roast beef was over $18/lb. I was horrified. I just checked to verify and it is now $22/lb. Last week it was approx $16/lb, which was already high. OMFG

I don’t eat it, but beef has become my pricing matrix. A small chuck roast was over $30.
