It looks freaky AF from the inside!

I tried casting a pattern of veins to place over the window in the alien xenomorph tentacle violation pod, but I cast it on a flat surface and it didn’t drape over the curved window correctly. So I’m covering the window with foam clay. When it sets, I’ll pry it off and cast silicone on that.

Back panel of the alien xenomorph tentacle violation pod! After months of experimentation, I’ve come up with a technique involving covering the pod with foam clay, dying it with red leather dye, then brushing a thin layer of brown-tinted silicone over top for a wet look.

Currently writing a “boy meets girl being sexually tortured on stage in a restaurant, boy stalks girl, boy asks girl out, girl works countersurveillance for organized crime, girl sexually tortures boy for stalking her, girl is framed for murder, boy goes on run with girl” story.

I thought I’d been clear in my intent, but perhaps not. I’ve revised and edited the essay based on what you’ve said. :)

Wrote a bunch of words last night on a new novel, decided this morning they need to go. The bones are there but the pacing is worng; they need to be rewritten to be much shorter and snappier. Pacing in this novel is turning out to be quite a problem! #AmWriting #AmWritingFiction

Got up at 6:00 this morning, started writing, went to the coffee shop, kept writing before my tea, came home, still writing. Except for about an hour to make food and run an errand, I wrote today for about thirteen and a half hours, on two novels and a nonfiction book. #AmWriting
