As long as I believed things were done, which he reassured me. So when messaged him today after hearing the real estate agent will be checking out the room. I asked if he was done be he directly avoided saying anything and asked if he could have her number to talk to her.

BECAUSE YOU NEED TO EMPTY OUT THE ROOM BEFORE REPLACING THE WALLPAPER? He's just a lazy piece of incompetent feces. I fucking hate this guy and this better not fuck with my deposit because HOLY SHIT. He told me things would be done by Feb 9th. He told me he'd send me photos. I didnt care too much

The real estate person went to check the room and told me the room had not been emptied out. I was fucking flabbergasted and connected her to the guy.

He apparently said the wallpaper took longer than expected so he didnt have the time to clean which makes NO SENSE

The guy I hired to handle replacing my wallpaper and cleaning out my last wallpaper... HAD LIED TO ME BECAUSE GETTING THINGS DONE.

Wallpaper was done but the room still had trash and was uncleaned. He had told me everything was taken care of. The lying piece of shit. The new tenant moves in today!

I will be taking a streaming vacation from Feb 20th - Mar 6th! There are two streams planned for the first week of February and the first week of March! But other than that I will be on break.
