Finally figured out how to go forward.
Game is gonna need an extremely substantial rework but I think I know how to solve it. Gonna go dark on dev stuff for a bit while I figure out what I'm doing.

Been back for just over a week and I can't seem to be making any progress. I guess I got so caught up on making something visually appealing to myself I didn't make a good game.

Your video on fake video games inspired me to make a fake game of my own a year ago. It ended up becoming a real game but I'm not sure I'll ever get it done.

Demo day will be delayed by a while due to some military training.

How I make backgrounds for my game.
Usually it starts out with an even looser sketch and a million perspective lines before it gets shrunken down but this one didn't have too many props. Even with 3D nowadays I like to use good old vanishing points
