SO many times I wanted to compliment a stranger's (item/style/clothes/hair) but it's just not a thing we do here 😞... I think it's only a more acceptable practice at conventions for obvious reasons

I know tour groups are a great business model and sometimes the only way to navigate a foreign country (esp if you're too old to hustle, don't drive or don't know their language), but tbh when I see vacay photos of those there's always this part of me that feels the photos are so ...unearned? 🤔

I'll be the first to admit that the Kowloon Generic Romance anime isn't as good as the manga and one of the big reasons is the pacing of it. The slow burn+world building is more or less sped run to the Big Plot in record time, but that does kill any meaningful buildup of relationships in there.

Windbreaker continues to be a wholesome anime about the Daily Lives of High School (delinquent) Boys with no real stakes conflicts, but gosh darn it the characters are all doing their very best to be good kids and you want to see them grow up right.

PSA but if you're a creative who supports creatives, please have the integrity not to endorse chat-generated things that you might not dabble in but other creatives do. I believe you to be a legit trad artist, but I see chat photo mannips in your posts and it's a sideeye no-go.

I’ve seen an artist do “sponsor a personal artwork”. It was 1/4 of the price of a commission and if you pay it they work on a personal project. I actually love this and wish more artists did it.

Don't always remember to do this but I did this round!

I usually clear customs in 15-20 mins tops if I hustle, but the luggage wait drags another 20min so GG unless I do cabin only 💬. But now that I am 10mins early the bus I was afraid to pre-book is full so I booked another that leaves around the same time but drops me off at a slightly further walk✨

These two seats next to me were empty when I checked in online yesterday evening and I'm praying they'll stay empty for this entire flight so I can commandeer the entire row and make it my own in-flight bed muaha 🔥

So turns out how early you can check in depends on the airline, and mine was only 3-4hrs before flight, a shame cuz there were bed options in this transit lounge & if I had the full 5hrs to spare I would've tried that. A nice shower b4 boarding is definitely something I could get addicted to ngl.

Made a miscalculation of assuming I'd be able to enter departure hall 6hrs b4 flight & sleep it off in a transit lounge just cuz I've done my check in online, and now I'll have to squat it out at least for another 3 hours before the airline counter opens and I can dump my bags to go in.

I feel like the reason why Gojo wasn't given an indulgent chapter for us to mourn his passing is that the body count of this series is so high it's a slippery slope to start. Also, sorcerers dying on the job have become so normalized to the point where I don't think they even process grief anymore.
