I’m talking to you now because I’m just getting so damn sick of people who claim to be for free speech but turn out to only support free speech for people they agree with.

In July, Trump and his FCC chair Brendan Carr celebrated CBS cancelling Stephen Colbert—and Trump also threatened then that Jimmy Kimmel would be “next up.” Now that’s happened too. This is government censorship of comedians who Trump dislikes. This is the US constitution being set on fire.

Suggestion: A strike of musicians, writers, hosts, actors, lighting, electricians--everyone, shutting down all TV studios, until Jimmy Kimmel is reinstated.

This is the kind of action we need, instead of sitting around just waiting to be gutted.

Jimmy Kimmel wasn't being totally factually inaccurate, but more to he point, *he was telling a joke.* Censorship of comedians is pretty textbook authoritarian behavior.
