Education is often perceived as a threat by the far right yet education remains the best tool we have to counter racist narratives, to address prejudice against refugees and to tackle intolerance in our communities.

If we are serious about ending sexual harassment and misogyny/misogynoir in education, we must commit to intersectional action, policies that see race, gender and gender identity together and organising that builds power, individually and collectively.

We flounced out of the EU on the say-so of politicians who lied to us. And what a total shitshow that’s turned out to be. The polar opposite of what they promised. Now the call to flounce out of the ECHR. By the same people. Telling the same lies. Has the country been kicked in the head by a horse?
