As someone who used to love halo very deeply, I understand. The older games, while iconic and game changing, are dated heavily by today’s terms and hard to replay. The newer games are all haphazardly stitched together garbage that fails at every turn. Just play reach and call it a day honestly.

I would like to add that I am playing the PS5 version! I’ve heard the switch port has a lot of performance issues, so if you’re playing on switch I’d be wary!

While open world games can be fantastic and certainly have their place in the industry, I feel like the craze has started to lead to a lot of real duds. For example, halo infinite was open world, and in my opinion was far too underdeveloped and worked far better as a concept as opposed to the result
