2/2 as for books I would recommend, I would advise very much reading the codex from like six onward because there’s so much fun lore there. Novels: Fire Warrior by Simon S, Elemental Council by Noah VN, Fire & Ice by Peter F and two other short stories of his: Out Caste and Sanctuary of Wyrms.

1/2 TL;DR: Phil’s books are frustrating because there is a laxness to the lore that tends to be thrown around without much consideration sometimes, prioritizing the rule of cool and the same plot beats. And the changes have made many aspects of the T’au fairly cartoonish, and there’s a lot of cringe

For context, they posted this a few months ago. I think they’ve really been looking forward to farsight! I hope they enjoyed.
